Policies

Cancellations:  Individual room reservations must be cancelled seven days in advance of the check-in date to receive a refund. Multiple room reservations must be cancelled thirty days in advance of the check-in date. You will receive a refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or fewer prior to arrival date for multiple room reservations and 7 days or fewer prior to arrival date for single room reservations, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full. The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.  

Coronavirus update: We are are only able to accommodate guests who have been fully vaccinated. As such we cannot accommodate children under age 12. We require all guests to email a copy of their vaccination cards to us prior to arrival showing they are fully vaccinated. This must be done within 7 days of booking or no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Unfortunately, Prior to arrival guests must email a copy of their vaccination cards showing they are fully vaccinated. Unfortunately, if we do not get a copy of the vaccination cards showing that each member of your party (regardless of age) is fully vaccinated, we will not be able to honor your reservation. If your reservation has to be cancelled because all members of your party are not fully vaccinated, and this happens fewer than 7 days prior to single room reservations or fewer than 30 days prior to multi-room reservations our normal cancellation policies apply and you will be charged for the reservation.

Any guests who have a fever, cough, or been exposed to someone with COVID-19 must cancel their reservations. For those who need to cancel because they or a member of their party has COVID-19, has symptoms or been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and provide proof of such, we will waive the cancellation policy and provide a refund. Should we need to cancel a reservations due to coronavirus related issues we will contact you as soon as we become aware of them and waive the cancellation policy. Our primary concern is for the health and safety of all. 

Check in: Check in is between 4 pm and 9 pm. If you need to check in after 9 pm please contact us in advance of your arrival.  Should you wish to check in early please inquire about this in advance of your arrival. If we are are able to accommodate your request (we try but are not always able to do so), there is a $25.00 charge for each hour (or portion thereof) prior to check in.  

Check out: Check out is at 11 am.

Children: We welcome well behaved children at Ye Olde Manor House.  Children must be supervised by and in the company of an adult from their group at all times. Unaccompanied children will be given unlimited espresso, massive amounts of chocolate, and a free puppy.  Please note that for whole house reservations we are not able to accept children under the age of 12.

Confirmations: We always email reservation confirmations and cancellations. If you do not receive a confirmation or cancellation from us please let us know so that we can send it again.

Deposits & Payments:  A $25.00 deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card you provide. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. Please be sure that your credit card does not expire prior to that date. 

Events: Guests who wish to have an event on the property must contact us regarding the size and nature of the event prior to reserving the space. With prior written consent we can accommodate events such as weddings, reunions, bridal showers, bachelor parties, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and the like. Guests who wish to have an event on the property are subject to additional fees. For on site events the maximum total number is 50 with overnight guests comprising a maximum of 17 people, including children, of that total.

We cannot accommodate high school graduation, prom and after-prom parties. We are unable to honor reservations made for groups to have such parties.


Kitchen use: Guests are unable to enter or use the Manor House Kitchen.


Maximum Occupancy: Seventeen people, including children, for overnight stays.


Room Occupancy:  Two guests per room for rooms 2-8. Room 1, which is a suite, can accommodate up to 3 guests. 


Pets: We love pets but are unable to accommodate them at Ye Olde Manor House.
